Firstly to thank you and your team for all your hard work on our new extension. You all went out of your way to consider us living and working in our house during the whole time this extension was being built, plus keeping our garden tidy, and ensuring not too much disruption for our neighbours.

With both of us being very particular about our requirements was never made an issue, and we liked the fact that we had a good rapport with you, and could easily communicate with your team - nothing seemed too much trouble to accomodate any of our alterations. This was our first experience having major works done on our house, but as everyone was cooperative, friendly and helpful, this helped us feel much more reassured and relaxed with good working relationships thoughout.

We are delighted with the end result, and are enjoying our added rooms and space. Overall our extension looks exactly how we envisaged it should be, blending in with the old part of the building as if it were always there. It was crucial that our extension matched the environment, and this was certainly achieved.
